We all do it - procrastinating. It can be a challenge to stay on top of our commitments and tasks, especially when we're feeling tired or overwhelmed.
But why do we procrastinate in the first place?
The most common reason people procrastinate is that they feel overwhelmed. Tasks can seem too big, too complex, or too time-consuming, so it's easier to put them off. We can also procrastinate out of fear of failure or fear of the unknown. If we don't know what to expect from a task or don't feel confident in our ability to complete it, we're more likely to push it aside.
