Build in public: the Good, the Bad, the Ugly

The Good
Before we start providing the recap; want to give you an overview of what we have built so far.
Our public pages are all built; a version of which you can see at https://mentorange.com. The majority of our micro-services and backend are built. Focusing on building out the frontend. Truth be told; IMO backend and micro-services are faster to build. It takes time and effort to make sure the UI is pixel-perfect, not buggy, and secured.
The Bad
We completed sprint 13, and we did not complete all the planned items. The one item that dragged on for a while was building out the community feature. Yes, we built this feature from scratch. Why not buy vs build? Yes, a valid question.
